Private Housekeeper

On behalf of our UHNW client, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Household Cleaning Specialist for a private residence. This is a full-time position requiring a detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within a luxury home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the residence to luxury standards
Provide professional laundry services, including care for delicate and specialist fabrics
Execute expert ironing and garment care
Oversee VIP wardrobe organisation and management
Operate professional equipment such as the Laurastar steam generator
Care for and maintain a variety of surfaces, including marble, wood, and glass
Ensure correct and safe use of modern household appliances and specialist cleaning products
Provide basic care and interaction with large dogs
Manage and replenish cleaning and household supplies
Collaborate and coordinate with other household staff as required
Essential Requirements
Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship with the legal right to work in Switzerland
Fluency in English or Russian (knowledge of German or French is advantageous)
No allergies to dogs and confidence in handling them
Minimum three years’ experience in high-end residential cleaning
Strong knowledge of luxury fabric care and specialist cleaning techniques
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
Reliability, discretion, and a consistently professional demeanour
Flexibility regarding the working schedule, as free time is determined by the employer
