Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team aboard a private 80m motor yacht. The ideal candidate is a polished, confident leader with exceptional service standards, strong administrative capabilities, and the ability to manage and motivate the interior team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a multi-level interior team
- Maintain impeccable service, housekeeping, and laundry standards
- Oversee all guest service operations with attention to detail
- Take full ownership of interior administration: inventories, ordering, provisioning, scheduling, budgets, SOPs, SAP's and training programs
- Work closely with the Captain and Heads of Department to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold a positive, professional crew culture
Requirements:
- Previous Chief Stewardess experience on 60m+
- High-level service knowledge (silver service, wine, cocktail service a bonus)
- Proven strong administrative and leadership skills
- Immaculate presentation and communication
- Valid B1/B2 visa & Schengen visa
- Strong references and evidence of longevity
- Knowledge of PinPoint Works & Voly is beneficial
