We’re looking for an experienced, upbeat, and hands-on Chief Stewardess to take the lead of a fabulous team of 7 interior crew on board a brand-new 2024 build 77m motor yacht, heading into her first winter season in the Seychelles before cruising the Mediterranean for summer.
This is a dual-season yacht with a solid charter program and light private use, offering a brilliant opportunity for a confident leader who loves service, thrives in a busy but positive environment, and knows how to keep an interior running smoothly while still having fun.

The Ideal Chief Stew
We want someone who is:
- Fun, approachable, and hands-on - no clipboard warriors here
- Confident leading high-end service (owner is a wine enthusiast → WSET 2 required)
- Able to train, mentor, and inspire a tight-knit interior team of 7
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Charter-savvy and cool under pressure
- Able to bring structure, standards, and sparkle to the interior
- Positive energy, great attitude, and a love for creating unforgettable guest experiences
