Vessel: 80m Private Motor Yacht — currently listed for sale and operating with a reduced winter crew.
Package
- Salary: To be determined based on experience.
- Leave: Statutory leave paid out at the end of the temporary contract (temporary role conditions apply).
Cruising Plans
- No guest trips or cruising currently scheduled for this period.
- Primarily a winter lay-up environment.
Required Visa
- Valid Schengen visa (or EU residency).
- Candidates already located in Europe are preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally 1+ year as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels.
- However, a strong 2nd Stewardess ready to step up and gain Chief Stew exposure will absolutely be considered for the right personality and attitude.
Role Overview
This is a winter position focused on:
- Resetting and preparing the interior following viewings
- Maintaining the interior to a high standard over the Christmas period
- Completing standard winter procedures for a yacht in lay-up
- Supporting a crew that has been together long-term and values harmony, professionalism, and discretion
This role is about reliability, maturity, and fitting seamlessly into a stable, close-knit crew during a sales period.
Additional Notes
- A strong, positive personality fit is the biggest priority — we need someone who will integrate smoothly and won’t disrupt the balance during a time when team cohesion is vital.
- We take safety and compliance seriously. The vessel will be preparing for audits early in the new year.
- Potential opportunities in 2026 may be available should the vessel remain unsold.
