Summary

Lead Stewardess – 70m Private Support Vessel

Start: Approx. 1st January 2026

Rotation: 3:1

Salary: EUR 3,800/month

We are seeking an experienced Lead Stewardess to join the interior team on a 70m private support vessel. This position requires someone confident, organised, and capable of supporting a green team while maintaining excellent standards throughout the vessel.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support junior stewardesses across all interior duties
  • Assist the Chief Stewardess with daily operations and team organisation
  • Maintain consistently high standards in all crew and staff areas
  • Oversee laundry procedures, housekeeping, and amenity replenishment
  • Provide professional service to the Principal’s staff when onboard
  • Support provisioning, stock control, and uniform management
  • Communicate effectively across departments and promote a positive team culture

 

Candidate Profile

  • Strong leadership ability and comfortable guiding junior stewardess’
  • Professional, approachable, and confident working independently
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
  • Good level of spoken English

 

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • STCW Basic Safety Training
  • PDSD
  • ENG1
  • Food Hygiene Level 2
  • Valid Passport
  • B1/B2 Visa
