Summary

Seeking an experienced Chief Engineer with a hands on, proactive mindset, to join a private, 57-metre motor yacht.

Requirements:

  • Valid Chief Engineer CoC (MCA Y-ticket or STCW commercial), STCW and ENG1
  • Should have solid hands-on experience with CAT C32 mains and CAT C9 gens
  • Good PMS knowledge
  • Ideally 5+ years on similar sized yachts
  • Organized, reliable and easy to work with
  • Proven AV/IT experience would be a big plus.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
  • Drivers License
Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • RIII/2 Y1 Chief Engineer (<3000gt <9000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
  • RIII/2 2nd Engineer (Unlimited)
Electrical Technical Officer Qualifications (ETO or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • RIII/6 Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
  • RIII/7 Electro-Technical Rating (ETR)
