Key duties include managing a team of engineers, overseeing repairs and maintenance, conducting inspections, and maintaining inventory of spare parts. The ideal candidate will hold a Y1/SV Chief 300GT/9000kW certification and possess extensive experience in yacht engineering. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rotational schedule are essential.
