Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Housekeeping for a 100m vessel. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role on vessels over 80m, showcasing strong leadership and team management skills. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily laundry operations, managing consumables stock, and ensuring efficient housekeeping practices during trips. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of materials, and general administrative capabilities, with a flexible approach to anticipate guest needs. Experience with shipyard operations and direct supplier communication is advantageous.
