Location: Western Europe
A 70m+ private motor yacht, active in both private cruising and occasional charters, is seeking a skilled male Deckhand with strong watersports expertise, particularly E-foil instruction, to join its professional crew. The yacht follows a global itinerary, with frequent guest trips and regular tender and watersports operations. This role suits someone energetic, guest-focused, and confident leading water-based activities at a high standard.
The yacht is currently in a long-term shipyard period until Spring 2026.
Key Requirements:
- Strong watersports background
- Essential: Ability to instruct guests on E-foils
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Deckhand on yachts of similar size
- Confident with tender driving and deck maintenance
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Passion for outdoor and water-based activities
Required Certifications & Qualifications:
- European residency or EU passport
- STCW (all basic modules)
- PDSD
- Valid ENG1 or Seafarer Medical
- PB2 or higher
- No visible tattoos
- PWC Instructor – strong advantage
- Dive Instructor certification – bonus
