Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Head of Housekeeping to oversee the housekeeping team on a 75m motor yacht. In this permanent position, you will manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the vessel. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training staff, maintaining inventories, and overseeing laundry operations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in hospitality, with a minimum of one year in a similar role on a yacht of 60m or larger. Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and composure under pressure are critical for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a solid understanding of housekeeping practices, and inventory management are essential. Candidates must possess relevant certifications, including STCW Basic Safety Training and a valid ENG1 Medical Certificate, and must be non-smokers with no visible tattoos. An interest in sports and fitness is preferred.
