We are seeking an experienced and highly organized 2nd Stewardess to join a professional, well-run 40M private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, uphold the highest standards of housekeeping, and take ownership of all back-of-house duties. Service experience is an advantage, though we are happy to train the right candidate.
Experienced 2nd Stews are strongly encouraged to apply, as there is potential to step up to Chief Stewardess after one season.
Requirements
- Must currently be in the U.S. with a valid B1/B2 visa
- Strong eye for detail and an understanding of guest preferences
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certifications

Itinerary
The yacht spends 2–3 months in the Bahamas during the summer, returning to West Palm Beach for the remainder of the year. This is a slower-paced program, ideal for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining high standards and a well-presented interior year-round.
