HR MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE + 100M YACHT
Start date: November/December 2025 – permanent position
Itinerary: Travelling between Dubai and Europe
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with previous experience in both Maritime, Hotel and/or Villa recruitment. Candidates applying must have very strong admin, organization and communication skills; To manage a Villa (40 employees) plus 100m+ yacht (interior of 40 crew members). More info to follow at interview stage.
REQUIREMENTS
· Previous experience in a recruitment role from recruitment companies, hotels, villas, yachts
· Good management skills
· Strong administration and communication skills
· Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business administration, or similar
· Eligibility to work in the UAE.
PACKAGE
· Salary: €6000 DOE
· Contract: Dubai based, with 30 days of annual leave + 12 bank holidays
· Accommodation in Dubai and Greece
