Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Chief Stewardess to join a 50m dual-season motor yacht on a 10/10 rotation, starting immediately in St. Maarten.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury yacht service, excellent leadership skills, and a disciplined, respectful attitude toward maritime etiquette. She must understand the importance of hierarchy, maintain professional boundaries even with friendly owners/guests, and uphold high ethical and moral standards at all times.
This position requires someone who:
- Maintains confidentiality and does not engage in gossip
- Protects the team’s morale and contributes positively to crew culture
- Understands her purpose onboard and performs her duties with pride
- Leads by example with a calm and solution-oriented attitude
- Has excellent inventory and interior management skills
- Is highly organized and detail-focused
- Provides exceptional guest service standards across service, housekeeping, and laundry
- Trains, motivates, and supports interior crew professionally
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior dual-season experience
- Valid B1/B2 & Schengen visas
