Seeking Experienced 2nd Stewardess & Deckhand (Couple or Two Individuals)
120’ Private/Charter Motor Yacht | U.S. Flag (Must Hold U.S. Passport)
Permanent Positions | South Florida & Bahamas
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Stewardess and an experienced Deckhand to join our busy 120’ private/charter program. These are not green positions — we need confident, capable crew members who can jump right in and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be joining a crew of 7 with a positive, team-oriented, “work hard, play hard” dynamic. The vessel runs both private and charter trips, so flexibility and a strong service mindset are key.
Positions Available:
Second Stewardess
- 1–2+ years of experience in yachting
- Strong housekeeping and laundry skills; confident in guest service when needed
- Charter experience preferred
- Works closely with the Chief Stewardess on all interior operations
Deckhand
- 1–2+ years of experience on deck
- Must be confident driving a tender
- Water sports and charter experience preferred
- Strong deck maintenance and guest interaction skills
Additional Details:
- Must be comfortable with a co-ed cabin arrangement (ideal for a couple or two individuals open to sharing a cabin)
- U.S. Passport required (U.S. Flag vessel)
