Position: Lead Service Stewardess
Vessel: 100m+ Private Motor Yacht
Rotation: 3:1

We are looking for a Lead Service Stewardess to join a 100m+ private motor yacht. The position works closely with and supports the Head of Service in running the day-to-day service operations and maintaining exceptional guest standards.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in high-end service on large yachts, a confident and proactive attitude, and the ability to guide and motivate a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Service in managing and training the service team
- Oversee daily guest service and table setups
- Maintain high standards in all service areas
- Support with provisioning, inventories
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience on 80m+ yachts in senior service positions
- Excellent knowledge of formal/informal service, wine, and cocktails
- Professional, organized, and calm under pressure
Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:
- STCW (fully up to date)
- Proficiency in Security Awareness
- ENG1 (valid)
- Seaman’s Book
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Crowd Management
- Crisis Management
- Designated Security Duties
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining)
