We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to join a well-run 55m private yacht. The position offers excellent stability, working within a close-knit and professional crew. Single season vessel based in the Med.

Requirements:
- Qualification: Y3 or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Chief Engineer or comparable role
- Technical Knowledge: Strong hands-on background with CAT engines preferred
- Profile: Professional, proactive, and reliable with a long-term mindset
Package:
- Salary: €8,000/month
- Bonus: 13th-month salary
- Leave: 60 days per year + winter flexibility
- Contract: Permanent, full-time
