We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 2nd Stewardess to join the interior team of a busy private motor yacht.
The Program:
This 45m+ private motor yacht enjoys active family use, with a diverse cruising itinerary. The winter season will see us exploring the stunning Caribbean, before returning to Europe for the summer. Following summer 2026, the yacht is set to embark on more extensive cruising.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering impeccable 5-star service and maintaining exceptional guest relations.
- Proficient management of all laundry and housekeeping duties to the highest standards.
- Assisting the Chief Stewardess in all aspects of interior management, including inventory control and provisioning.
- Ensuring adherence to all yacht procedures and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
- Contributing positively to a harmonious and professional crew environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Stewardess on yachts 45 meters or larger.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles is absolutely essential, as consistency is key to our program's success..
- Comprehensive understanding of yacht interior procedures and inventory management.
- A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certifications.
- B1B2 Visa (or US Resident)
- Schengen Visa / Visa-Free Exemption (or EU Resident)
Salary & Leave:
- Competitive salary of $5,000 per month.
- 45 days of paid vacation annually.
