Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a very busy 60m+ Motor Yacht.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding service skills across all settings — from formal silver service to casual buffet-style dining. Strong leadership and management abilities are essential, along with excellent communication, teamwork, and a calm, positive, and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail, organization, and a genuine passion for hospitality are key to success in this role.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on vessels of similar size
• Excellent references demonstrating professionalism and reliability
• Proven longevity and a strong career progression
• B1 visa is essential
Package:
• 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off rotation
• Salary: 7000$ + annual bonus
