Summary
We are currently seeking a Permanent Chef Stewardess to join a 50m Commercially registered Motor Yacht .
This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on a modern vessel launched in 2023, with a dynamic schedule that includes both private and commercial charters. Based out of Europe, the successful candidate will oversee the interior department of 4 interior crew, ensure exceptional service standards, and coordinate a team of four interior crew members. The role requires managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, and ensuring all interior functions run smoothly. The vessel has recently been sold and will operate in both private and charter markets, with an active charter calendar expected for the upcoming season. We are looking for a Chief Stewardess that understands the role of being a Chief Stew, that is able to manager her department seamlessly, has good communication with both her interior team and the Captain.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess, preferably on motor yachts of 40m or larger.
- Charter boat experience.
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and exceptional guest service skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounts, provisioning and bookings for guests.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid STCW and ENG1 medical certification.
- Food Hygiene Lvl 2.
