We are seeking an experienced and polished Second Stewardess to join a 65m private vessel with an established program and exceptionally high standards.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience on 60m+ vessels, with strong all-round abilities and a particular focus on laundry, wardrobe management, and housekeeping. A deep understanding of fabric care, stain treatment, and luxury garment handling is essential. The role includes training and mentoring junior stews, double-checking work, and maintaining an immaculate standard of detail throughout the vessel, while also assisting in service as required.
You will be joining a newly formed interior team that values being fun, active, loyal, compassionate, and caring — a supportive environment that works hard and takes pride in going above and beyond for both guests and one another.
We’re looking for someone with a professional, positive mindset who leads by example and contributes to building a team culture grounded in excellence, consistency, and genuine care.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience on 60m+ vessels
Proven longevity and reliability — essential
Strong knowledge of laundry, wardrobe management, and housekeeping
Experience training and mentoring stewardesses
Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Valid B1/B2 visa in hand
Valid STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2
Bonus:
Wine knowledge or barista experience
Experience with bespoke wardrobe systems or couture garment care
