Summary
Looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to take charge of an interior department of 6, plus a laundryman. I am moving towards a restructure from service and housekeeping, to an interior department who will rotate throughout all responsibilities. Therefore I would like to hear from someone who can produce and oversee a rota where the interior department experience all aspects of service and housekeeping. We already have charter enquiries for next summer season, so charter experience is essential.
The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for departmental accounts, provisioning (charter and private), crew areas, general housekeeping and service. The yacht Owners expect a high standard so this is not a training ground for the Ch Stew so you must be able to hit the deck running.
We have a Christmas trip planned to the Maldives followed by a return to Italy in January for a short preseason maintenance period before heading onto the charter season.
