Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chief Engineer for a 41m motor yacht currently based in Spain, with a worldwide cruising itinerary. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of two independent engine rooms, ensuring the vessel's systems function efficiently and safely. You will work closely with a team of eight crew members, sharing a rotational schedule of 10 days on and 10 days off. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, relevant certifications, and a proven track record in yacht engineering. A commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Accommodation is provided in a single cabin, and the salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Interested applicants are encouraged to discuss their expectations with the captain.
