We are seeking a dedicated experienced Stewardess to join a 44-meter motor yacht currently based in Bahamas. This position involves assisting the Chief Steward(ess) in delivering high standards of service and maintaining the interior of the yacht. Responsibilities include managing guest services, overseeing cleaning routines, and ensuring the organization of supplies and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role on yachts or in hospitality, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a crew of nine are essential.
The vessel has a dual season cruising itinerary, so flexibility and adaptability are important as you may travel to various locations. Candidates must be prepared to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence in all aspects of their work.
Female due to cabin arrangements, good charter experience definitely preferred. Candidates must have B1B2 in hand, all yachting certs up to date, all Med visas valid.
