Summary

We’re looking for a 3rd Stewardess to join a great yacht with an even better crew. The ideal candidate is bubbly, full of light, and brings positive energy to the team.

We’re after someone who’s hands-on, takes initiative, and takes real pride in their work. Someone who enjoys being busy, keeps standards high, and has a genuine eye for detail.

You should be easy going and have a good sense of humour. We’re a fun, hardworking team that likes to keep things running smoothly without the drama. A thick skin and a can-do attitude go a long way here; we appreciate positivity and resilience more than perfection.

If you’re energetic, proactive, and ready to be part of a crew that feels like family, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Service:

  • Assist with all aspects of guest service, including table setting, meal and drink service, and turn-downs.
  • Confidently provide silver service, buffet, and family-style dining as required.
  • Maintain an attentive yet discreet presence during guest interactions.
  • Support theme nights, cocktail service, and guest activities as directed by the Chief Stew.

Housekeeping:

  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of guest cabins, bathrooms, and common interior areas to immaculate standards.
  • Turn-down service and linen changes as scheduled.
  • Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management for guests and crew.
  • Care for luxury fabrics, surfaces, and materials using appropriate products and methods.

Laundry:

  • Wash, iron, fold, and store both guest and crew laundry.
  • Maintain organization and rotation systems within the laundry area.
  • Manage delicate and designer garments with care.

General Interior Support:

  • Assist with provisioning and inventory control of interior supplies (cleaning products, toiletries, uniform, etc.).
  • Maintain interior storage areas in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Help with crew mess duties and maintain cleanliness when guests are on board.
  • Be flexible to step into other departments when needed (galley/crew support, deck assistance during docking).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 season experience in a similar role on yachts of 40m+ preferred.
  • STCW (Basic Safety Training), ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum).
  • B1B2 visa
  • Full drivers licence
  • Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn from senior crew.
  • Confident in handling guest requests discreetly and professionally.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
