Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Stewardess to join our busy private/charter yacht with high service standards and a dynamic interior team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-presented, and confident in both housekeeping and service, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
You will work under the guidance of the Chief Stewardess within a team of 3 stews, rotating through housekeeping, service, and laundry. The boat maintains a warm, professional environment with owners and guests who appreciate discretion and efficiency.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 seasons experience on a 50 m+ yacht
– At least 1 year of longevity on the same vessel
– Excellent, verifiable references
– Valid STCW + ENG1
– B1/B2 Visa (essential) or US citizen
– Excellent English
– Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
Nice to have:
– Silver service experience or 5* hospitality experience
– Barista/cocktail/wine knowledge
– Eye for detail and presentation
