Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Stewardess to join a 60m new build motor yacht (Cayman Islands flag, approx. 900GT) scheduled for delivery in March/April 2026. The position starts asap to participate in the final outfitting stages and onboard setup ahead of delivery.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on 50m+ private yachts.
- Strong track record working with Middle Eastern ownership and VIP clientele, with deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and service expectations.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Exceptional service standards and attention to detail across all interior departments.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor at all times.
- Discreet and respectful approach: a reserved profile is essential (no social media, no onboard photos).
- Strict compliance with vessel policy: zero alcohol onboard.
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead a professional interior team, ensuring flawless guest service and smooth daily operations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including provisioning, inventory, and budget management.
- Previous new build or vessel setup experience considered a strong advantage.
