Compensation Breakdown Estimate
1. Per hour with yearly bonus: $27.21
2. Yearly Bonus broken down to per hour payment: $5.21
3. Tip per hour (on average) : $6.94
4. Per hour with tips and yearly bonus: $34.15
5. Plus Accommodations per hour: $17.36
6. Per hour (including tips, accommodations & annual bonus): $51.51
7. Plus food & drinks: Every 4 hours you work you get Meal & drinks
Total Pay Package per hour: $54.99
Compensation & Benefits
1. Base Salary/Hour: $22
2. Annual Bonus: An $7500 bonus is paid at the end of the year for staying 12 months.
3. Tips: You can average $834/month in tips ($10,000/year). This is based on your performance.
4. We provide accommodations valued at about $25,000/year.
5. Total Pay Package: Your per-hour compensation, including tips, accommodations, and the annual bonus, is a total pay package of $54.99.
6. Food and drinks are paid for, but break time is not. You are required to take a 15-minute break every two hours.
7. Your time starts when you step on the boat and your time stops when you get off the boat.
1. Total Cash Flow Per year based on 30 hours a week is $49,180. This will increase if we get more charters
2. If you are reliable and pay attention to detail, we want to hear from you.
3. Yacht is for 70% personal use & 30% Charter.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Responsibilities include cleaning the boat from inside & outside from beds to heads.
2. Stocking up the boat, making sure boat has enough supplies including drinks & cleaning supplies.
3. Doing Laundry for the boat.
4. Owner will request to do similar tasks at his home which is walking distance from the boat.
5. Heating up food & serving food, making drinks & serving drinks.
6. Cleaning engine room & Bilge areas
7. Going to the grocery store, stocking up on food, drinks and fruit.
8. Going to the owner’s mail room to collect Amazon packages & bringing them over to the boat or to the owner’s condo.
9. Taking off the boat covers, putting them back on.
10. Putting the Dingy off the platform, putting the dingy back on the platform.
11. Doing Teakwood maintenance.
12. Vacuuming & cleaning the carpet
13. Parking is available.
14. Must be US citizen or have work authorisation in the United States.
15. Pay is by weekly & your first pay will be one month from when you start.
16. Must give 2-week notice.
17. Must have a valid driving license.
