Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chief stew / Purser for a 50m private motor yacht based in the United States, with a rotational schedule of three months on and three months off, starting December 1. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience on yachts of 50m or larger and will be responsible for overseeing the interior operations, including financial management, logistics, and guest services. Strong leadership skills are essential, as this role involves managing a small team of three stewards. The successful candidate will support the Captain with administrative tasks and daily operations, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor in all interactions. A background in hospitality or a purser course is advantageous but not mandatory. This position requires a meticulous and discreet individual who can maintain high standards of service while ensuring the efficient functioning of onboard activities.
