1. Position : Chief Stewardess (female only due to cabin arrangements)
2. Salary : up to 8000 Euro
3. Permanent

As the Chief Stew, you will lead the interior team (team of 5 crew) ensuring 5-star guest service. Must have leadership abilities, attention to detail, and prior experience on 50m+ yachts.

Ideal Candidates

We are seeking motivated, team-oriented professionals with proven experience on large private or charter yachts. Candidates must demonstrate:

• Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset
• A commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Valid STCW, ENG1,6+ months, Silver Service course, Food hygiene L2 required, valid B1/B2 visa
• Fluent English communication and a positive, can-do attitude
