Junior Stewardess (Yacht in Shipyard)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Stewardess to join a professional interior team on board a yacht currently undergoing shipyard maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-level stewardess looking to gain experience, especially with back-of-house operations and deep interior detailing in a shipyard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with deep cleaning and organization of all guest and crew interior areas.
- Inventory and restocking of interior supplies, linens, toiletries, and provisions.
- Careful handling and packing/unpacking of guest items as needed.
- Laundry duties including washing, ironing, and wardrobe organization.
- Participate in pre-season preparation and post-refit setup.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the interior.
Requirements:
- Some previous yachting experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a team in a non-guest environment.
- Happy outlook, keen to make friends with crew onboard.
- Comfortable that the boat may be in shipyard between 2 – 6 months.
- Fluent in English.
Package:
- Salary: Industry standard entry level, probation period of 3 months.
- Leave: 5:1 with 2 return flights a year.
