Summary

Privately operated 30 m+ sailing catamaran is seeking a rotational engineer to join a small, professional team.

An initial yard period and extended handover will allow for full familiarisation before the regular rotation schedule begins.

The vessel is managed to commercial standards, maintaining class certification and a complete PMS.

Systems are extensive — twin propulsion, advanced hydraulics, automation, and a modern AV/IT network.

Ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, refining systems, and working to high standards.

This is a demanding position suited to someone who doesn’t count hours and takes real ownership of their work.

No need for big-ticket licenses – solid experience, initiative, and reliability matter most.

Long-term involvement only. Tight, respectful, and sportive crew culture – fits someone active and self-motivated.

The program involves regular sailing, so confident sailing skills are essential.
