We are looking for an experienced Travelling Personal Butler to accompany our UHNW client on frequent international trips across the US, UK, Middle East, and Europe. The role combines private butler duties, lifestyle management, and onboard service aboard private jets. The Butler will have accommodation provided whilst travelling and in the UAE as a home-base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight check-ins, hotel coordination, and itinerary planning.
- Provide full packing and unpacking service, wardrobe organisation, and luggage logistics.
- Lead in-flight service aboard private jets, coordinating amenities, menus, and hospitality onboard
- Anticipate Principal’s personal preferences, ensuring comfort and seamless continuity of lifestyle while abroad.
- Coordinate with pilots, ground staff, and residence teams prior to arrival and departure.
- Oversee guest services during trips, from dining to on-the-move logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality, adaptability, and initiative at all times.
- Organise hotel and reservations whilst in various countries.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in VVIP butlering or aviation hospitality.
- Experience onboard private or business jets preferred.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Well-groomed, discreet, energetic, and confident under pressure.
