Summary

We are seeking a Sole Steward(ess) to join a 31m yacht based in the United States, with a permanent position available for a dedicated professional. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all interior operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest areas, cabins, and crew quarters.

This role requires proficiency in hospitality and excellent attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a small crew of five.

Cruising itinerary will be mostly summers in New England, fall in Florida, and winter/spring in the Caribbean/Bahamas.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in a similar position, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Familiarity with the Caribbean cruising itinerary is advantageous, and a positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the guest experience while working in a close-knit team.
