WYR are currently looking for a HOH to join a 90m+ MY at the beginning of November. The successful candidate will have have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience and be able to show solid longevity onboard a similar sized vessel. You will be a strong leader/teacher, but must still be able to follow instructions from the higher ranks onboard with no fuss. You will happy to work with a multinational crew, rather than your own selected preference of nationalities. And you must be willing to guide the more junior crew within your department in the right direction when required.
