Summary

We are seeking a Chief Engineer for an 80m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea.

In this role, you will oversee the management and maintenance of all engineering systems aboard, ensuring optimal performance and strict compliance with safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing repairs, and supervising engine room operations while leading the engineering team being 2nd Eng, 3rd Eng and ETO.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in yacht engineering, relevant certifications, and a robust understanding of marine systems.

A proactive problem-solving approach is essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a rotational schedule.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the vessel's functionality and efficiency, ensuring all regulatory and safety requirements are met.
