We’re seeking an experienced Chief Stew to join a private 44m Motor Yacht on a permanent basis. You’ll lead a small interior team and help keep the yacht running smoothly.
The Details:
- Type: Permanent
- Location: Spain (Winter base), med cruising season
- Leave: 44 days per year
- Salary: From €6,500+ (DOE – excellent package for the right candidate)
- Cabin: Shared
- Team: Interior of 3 – you as Chief Stew, plus 2 others (3rd Stew is seasonal)

- Proven Chief Stew experience – this is a leadership role, not a step-up
- Strong purser skills – managing restaurant bookings, itineraries, and guest requests
- Highly organized, professional, and personable – able to run a smooth interior operation
- A true rockstar who can lead the interior team and support the owners’ needs
