TEMP CHIEF STEWARDESS NEEDED FOR A 65m+ MOTOR YACHT (Private & Charter)
Start Date: ASAP. Temporary for 9 weeks with potential to become permanent
Itinerary: Mediterranean (Summer) – UAE/Maldives (Winter)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Stewardess to join a busy 65m+ private and charter yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven longevity and experience on larger yachts who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
The Ideal Candidate needs to be professional, polished, and a hands-on leader
Exceptional service skills required with a proactive, organised approach and strong sense of urgency
Experienced in managing demanding, detail-oriented guests with very high standards
Able to lead and motivate an interior team of 4 within a crew of 22
Adaptable to a busy private schedule in the summer and charters in the winter (already confirmed for this winter)
Someone who is confident and decisive, and adaptable leader
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1
- Schengen Visa or EU Passport needed
- Previous Chief Stewardess experience on 60m+ yachts
- Proven longevity in prior positions
- Candidates currently based in France will be given preference
