Experienced Chief Stewardess required for rotational position on new build motor yacht
Start date: End of Nov 2025

Package: Salary in Euros, 182.5 days leave, Attractive package
Experience and attributes required:
Previous Chief Stewardess experience on 75m+ M/Y
Establish high quality standards and work procedure within the Interior Department.
Operational and Financial Management of the Interior Department.
Responsible for overseeing and approval of all Interior orders to ensure budgets are adhered to.
Management and organization of all Interior rotation and leave, watch, working and yard schedules.
Management of performance and development of Interior Department, providing regular performance and progress reviews.
Oversee training of all Stewardesses and work together with Head of Housekeeping and Service to implement regular training for Interior Crew.
Aids the Captain in the management and recruitment of the Interior Staff.
Qualifications required:
STCW (fully updated)
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (mandatory)
Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
Food and Hygiene Level 2
B1/B2 visa
