Summary
We are seeking a Butler for an International Household.
A fantastic opportunity awaits a dedicated and discreet professional to manage the seamless operations of three exquisite private residences across London and France (South of France and Courcheval). This is a permanent, full-time position for a butler who can bring a blend of traditional elegance and modern expertise to our client's life. You will have worked within the yachting industry, luxury hospitality or private estate environment.
Role & Responsibilities
· Impeccable Service & Table Setting: Provide flawless service, including expert table setting and the seamless presentation of meals.
· Dining Service Coordination: You will work closely with the chef to ensure smooth and timely service during all meals and special events.
· Household Upkeep: Maintain all service and dining areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
· Occasional companion to a dog: Provide occasional care for the family’s dog (Corgi breed), including walking and feeding, especially when the family is travelling.
· Travel Coordination: Travel regularly between residences in London and France.
Requirements
- Experience: We are particularly interested in candidates with a diverse international background. Experience in yachting or other high-standard hospitality environments is preferred. Experience in a private household is a plus. A driving license is preferred and considered a strong advantage (especially in Courchevel). Russian language skills is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexibility: The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with frequent travel between different countries and cultures. The working schedule is 5 days per week as a standard, however the role will require on occasions 6 days per week especially during travel or busy periods.
- Accommodation: Live-in at both residences in France. In London accommodation live in accommodation can be discussed.
- Remuneration: Salary is subject to experience and qualifications. Salary will be on an hourly system with additional compensation for extended hours during travel periods. There is an annual 13th salary payment
