Key Requirements:
- Y3 CoC
- Solid experience as Chief Engineer on yachts of comparable size and complexity
- Familiarity with transatlantic crossings and cold-water operations
- Proven technical expertise in marine engineering systems, troubleshooting, and planned maintenance
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and reliability
- Skilled at managing engine room documentation and PMS software
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Professional, discreet, and confident in high-standard operational environments
- Comfortable supporting Owner and Captain during delivery and operational transitions

- Novurania LX 750 (26 ft, 2016) - Volvo D3 I/O 220 HP, new tubes 2022, overhauled 2024

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This is a hands-on and trusted role, working closely with a technically minded Owner and experienced Captain. We're looking for someone who can:
