**House Manager wanted**
Private household in Dubai (family with 3 kids, 4 staff in total)
Preference for European candidates
Live-Out, Own car and full UAE driving license is essential
Working hours Mon-Fri ; 9-10hrs daily
Salary in the region of 20000 AED per month

Main house manager duties include but not limited to the following:
managing and coordinating house staff;
managing and coordinating all the contractors/house maintenance/repairs/utility bills;
budgeting and bookkeeping of all household and utility expenses; comparing quotes for any house maintenance/contractors/house insurance/car insurance and approving with the principal;
scheduling and organising any car maintenance/service/car wash; arranging for servicing of boilers/pool pumps/sauna/aircon etc.;
full grocery and household shopping;
children’s school runs plus visits to after school activities when needed; managing all the wardrobes; managing all the laundry, dry cleaners;
performing ironing of delicate/expensive clothing;
overlooking all school uniforms in terms of warshing, ironing, ordering, labelling, organising and packing for school;
preparing fresh uniform for the boys on daily in their bedrooms;
occasionally preparing hot healthy meals for the children;
cleaning/polishing silverware;
cleaning, polishing expensive delicate shoes;
organising kitchen cupboards/pantry cupboards/storage cupboards/bathroom drawers;
packing and unpacking suitcases for all the family for any trips;
fully organising and managing any house parties for the children and/or family;
preparing and managing any house improvements/renovations both externally and internally;
making appointment bookings for family members with doctors/salons/restaurants etc.
