Executive Housekeeper / Head of Housekeeping – Land Based - Private Estate, Denver
We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join a private 20,000 sq ft household in Denver, Colorado. This is a rare opportunity to work within a well-staffed and welcoming estate, supporting a family with high service standards in a collaborative, respectful environment.
This role would suit an ex yacht based candidate looking to transition to a land based opportunity
The household is professionally staffed with an Estate Manager, House Manager, Chef, and housekeeping staff in addition to a maintenance manager, gardeners and drivers, all of whom have been working at this Estate for many years.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversight of all aspects of housekeeping, laundry, wardrobes, linens, and inventories.
- Ensure exceptional standards of detail and service
- Maintain schedules, checklists, and systems for smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Estate Manager to anticipate needs, create structure, and uphold best practices.
- Balance service and discretion: warm, professional, and proactive without over-familiarity.
For this role you must be experienced in private households, luxury hotels, or yachts at the Executive Housekeeper/Head Housekeeper level. Be super-organized, forward-thinking, and solution oriented. Tech-savvy or quick to learn modern household systems and have a high attention to detail with the ability to implement and maintain structure.
Schedule & Benefits
- Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Flexibility for weekends and events as needed (with support from other housekeepers).
- $45–$50/hour DOE. Overtime paid at 1.5 x
- Relocation assistance: first 3 months’ rent + reasonable moving costs.
