Summary
We are currently searching for a female 2nd Stew for a 45m+ private/charter M/Y.
This role could suit an experienced stew who is looking to take a step up into the 2nd stew position. You will be working within an interior team of two in total.
Light charter use. Heavy owner use during summer (day trips/regattas/standby). A great boat and nice program. They usually spend winters in Bahamas and summers in Maine. Vessel is connected to a sailing program so they attend the classic regattas. For this reason a sailing background would be beneficial but is not essential.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 1yr or 2 seasons experience with full rotation of interior
- B1B2 in hand is essential
- STCW, ENG up to date
- Sailing background/interest is a bonus but not essential
Salary: $4000 DOE
Leave package: 60 days leave / Flights / Discretionary bonus
