Summary
We are looking for a strong Sole Engineer ready to step up on board a busy performance sailing yacht with a global cruising and regatta program.
The vessel runs with a close-knit crew and offers a supportive, team-focused environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- :Solid large sailing yacht experience (not motor yachts)
- Confident with sail handling (captive/in-boom furling)
- Confident with engine rebuilds
- Strong leadership presence
- Watchkeeping experience essential
- Bonus: regatta/racing background and diving qualifications preferably
Requirements:
- Y3 Equivalent would be ideal
- Any dive qualifications
- Prior sailing yacht experience is a must
Package:
Competitive salary DOE, from €7,000
Equal time rotation TBC
