Summary

Viking Crew is seeking a  Sole Engineer for a 40m motor yacht cruising the South Pacific - Australia Requirements (one of):

• Y3 (CE III/2 <3000GT/<9000kW)
• Y4 + MTU 4000 Series course
• MN III/1, MN2/E or III/3
• STCW
• ENG1

 MTU experience preferred

The engineer when needed will work alongside the deck team - must be versatile, professional, hands-on, and team-oriented

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y4 Chief Engineer (<200gt <1500kW)/ EOOW III/1 (SV) (<3000gt <9000kW)
• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
