Summary
We’re looking for a happy, drama-free team player to join our lovely interior team of ten (eight onboard at a time) plus a laundryman. This position is purely housekeeping, suited to someone who genuinely enjoys the role and takes pride in creating a beautiful, immaculate environment for our guests and owners.
You’ll ideally have at least one solid season’s experience, and be keen to keep learning from our Head of Housekeeping, Lead Housekeepers, and the experienced team already onboard. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive, high-standard environment and be part of a genuinely rewarding private programme with incredible owners. Requirements & Details:
- Minimum 1 season’s yachting experience.
- B1/B2 visa essential.
- Schengen visa required if applicable.
- Fully vaccinated, including one booster.
- No visible tattoos; non-smoker preferred.
- Willing to share a 3-berth cabin.
- Looking for longevity and a positive team energy.
Package:
- Salary TBC depending on experience.
- MLC standard contract.
- Three return flights per year to place of repatriation.
- 13th-month contractual bonus.
- Non-contractual cruising bonus: USD 100 per day for each day Owner/Guests are onboard (paid every six months).

Programme Overview:
- Busy programme often hosting 12–14 guests.
- 2025: December - Crossing to the US
- 2026: Cruising the Bahamas, Sea of Cortez, Scandinavia, and Greece.
