Summary

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a 3^rd Engineer for a 130m+ new build

Requirements & Responsibilities

·       EOOW Unlimited

·       Proven technical experience & experience with tenders

·       Confident in watches

·       Must be proactive

·       Assist in new build vessel setup and tender spare parts ordering

·       Carry out daily rounds while vessel is other yard control

·       Trace systems to ensure they are to as be built drawings.

·       Set tup tender operational/maintenance procedures for operation.

·       Assisting First & Second Engineers with operational procedures, stores, and spares.

Start date: Early October

Location: TBC

Salary: EUR 5500

Leave: 2:1 rotation

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
