We are looking for a highly experienced Butler to work for a VVIP client in the Middle East, based in Saudi Arabia. This is a prestigious position within a fully staffed palace environment, requiring exceptional service standards and a discreet, professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in either a royal household, UHNW private estate, or top 5-star international hotels such as The Bulgari, Rosewood or Four Seasons. You must be adept at anticipating the principal’s needs, delivering seamless service, and managing the household’s front-of-house operations with absolute precision.
Applicants should be confident, well-presented, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You will join an established team and work closely with housekeepers, chefs, and other household staff to ensure the highest level of service for the principal, family, and their guests.
The candidate is required to have multiple and strong written and verbal references. Accommodation will be provided. Please note that the salary offered for the role will depend on the candidate’s previous earnings, skills, qualifications and experience. Interviewing now for an ASAP start.
Duties and responsibilities;
- Providing seamless front-of-house service to the principal and VVIP guests.
- Greeting and attending to guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Coordinating meal and beverage service with the F&B team, ensuring flawless delivery.
- Overseeing table settings, silver service, and formal dining arrangements.
- Managing wardrobes, packing/unpacking luggage, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- Supervising the presentation and readiness of reception rooms, majlis, and dining areas.
- Liaising with chefs, housekeepers, and other staff to ensure smooth household operations.
- Maintaining stock of beverages, fine wines, and service items.
- Ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and respect for cultural traditions at all times.
- Anticipating the principal’s needs and delivering proactive, 7-star service.
To be considered for this role you must;
- Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Butler in a royal household, UHNW residence, or 5-star hotel.
- Have excellent contactable references.
- Possess outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Be flexible to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
