Summary
We are seeking a strong and service-focused 2nd Stewardessl. This is a guest-facing role that requires a candidate with confidence, poise, and the ability to deliver exceptional service whilst still being able to maintain the highest housekeeping standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Service-driven with excellent guest interaction skills – our owners love engaging with crew
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet very particular standards
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; would also suit someone from a senior role on a larger yacht – 60m +
- Comfortable around children and dogs – family-friendly environment onboard
- Able to take direction well but confident enough to step into the Chief Stew’s role when needed
- Positive, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about hospitality
- Ability to take initiative while closely working with Chief Stew and Interior team
Requirements:
- B1 visa required
- Background in high-level service, housekeeping, and laundry
- Team player with initiative and reliability
- All documents and certificates up to date
