JMS Careers are looking for a full time recruiter to join the team! JMS Careers recruit for yacht and shore based opportunities. The ideal profile will have previous yachting experience and are looking to transition to a shore based role or have some prior yacht recruitment experience. We are looking for an individual able to work fast paced and willing to be flexible due to candidates and clients time zones.
The role will involve candidate resourcing, business development, uploading information onto the CRM system, telephone interviews with candidates, telephone interviews with reference checks, vetting qualifications, social media activities and several other administrative duties. We are looking for someone happy to work independently able to manage their work load and someone confident over the telephone. We are a close knit team and are looking for the right personality fit!
